Future of Classrooms

We all see how blackboard has change the dynamics of learning into todays classroom. With the use of the web, we can now download the material we need for any lesson plan. 5 to 10 years ago I can remember taking notes and listening to lectures using paper back books and notebooks. The only thing you need today is a practicle laptop. The future of the classroom according to my research will involve the creation of classroom websites, online communication and assesment, and research conducted mostly on the web. Books, articles, and textbooks are all accesible on the web today. Here is a good website illustration trends and possible problems with the intergration of new technology into classrooms.

  1. I can remeber back in the day when I had to have pencil and paper just to take notes. I was so glad to see that change from high school to college. I mean you can rent books offline and even take your notes on a laptop so really all you need is a practicle laptop. I think it is a time saver for teachers to have that alloted space online so that they won't have a time barrier on them. Now a days kids are tech savvy so most teachers are like get familar with blackboard. The wesite is great for an upcoming teacher that really has no idea what the web is capable of doing. The website gives you a breakdown of everything whether it's cheating or plagarism, they all have solutions.

  2. Very good post and the web link include gives great insite on the problem/solution area. The number 7 on the link caught my attention about cheating and the problem/solution. Chating have existed for years and will continue to occur for the years to come. I think the major task is for teachers and professors to become more creative in their tactis in catching and making test and quizzs more pron to the wondering eye.
